he coffees, teas, and snacks we ordered were good. Typical Starbucks quality so loved those.

If I may suggest two minor improvements, I would recommend to management that we need a better way to communicate with the person taking the order. I’m not hard of hearing, but it definitely is hard to hear over the din of people talking, the coffee powder grinding and those great big face masks covering the baristas’ faces. Please brainstorm and fix these.

Also, the sound of the coffee seeds grounding is way too high. We had to actually stop talking amongst ourselves while that was going on. Could you put that in a soundproof container, please?
